Change or cancel a tour booking
Use your booking reference and payment email to request a date change or cancellation. Requests are accepted only before 8:00 AM UAE time on the day before your tour. Date changes are subject to availability.
If your tour is on 20 September, request free cancellation before 8:00 AM on 19 September.
