PRIVATE SERVICE CONDITIONS

Clear terms, confident travel.

  • Every listed private service is exclusive to the guests named in the reservation.
  • Tour rates are per vehicle and service, not per passenger, up to the stated vehicle capacity.
  • The departure time must be agreed with the local operator before arrival.
  • If guests are late, the lost time is deducted from the total booked duration and cannot be extended without charge.
  • Tour duration includes driving, visits, photo stops and waiting time during the route.
  • Schedule, route or service changes remain subject to operational availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first service are non-refundable.
  • Optional attractions may be visited during or after the booked tour. If they finish after the tour, guests arrange their own hotel return.
  • Booking Qasr Al Watan and Louvre Abu Dhabi together adds one guide-and-vehicle hour for USD 70 total.
  • Ferrari World always adds two guide-and-vehicle hours for USD 110 total.

Agency arrangements

  • Partner-agency payment may be arranged against voucher or invoice, with 7-, 15- or 30-day terms depending on the agreement, or before the service begins.
  • Bank transfer is accepted.
  • Payment link: 5% processing fee added to the tour value.
  • Wise transfer: 3% transfer fee added to the tour value.
