Your booked time starts at the confirmed pickup time and location, even if guests meet the driver late.

Driver at your disposal
Within the booked time, tell the driver where you would like to go in Dubai. No fixed itinerary is included.

Time during the service
Driving, traffic, parking, waiting and stops all count within the selected 5-hour or 9-hour duration.

Drop-off
The booked duration is counted from pickup time until final drop-off, so guests should plan every journey with Dubai traffic in mind.

The driver is not a tour guide and does not provide historical, cultural or attraction explanations.
The driver remains at your disposal anywhere in Dubai during the selected 5-hour or 9-hour service. No itinerary is included.
Service time is counted from the confirmed pickup time until final drop-off—not from the time guests enter the vehicle.
If guests arrive late at the confirmed pickup time, the delay is deducted from the total booked duration and the finishing time remains unchanged.
Traffic, driving time, parking, waiting time and all stops are included within the total booked hours.
Guests are responsible for planning enough time for traffic and waiting so the final drop-off is completed within the booked duration.
Entrance tickets, meals, parking charges where applicable and a licensed tour guide are not included.
FREE CANCELLATION
Cancel before 8:00 AM on the previous day.
You will receive a full refund when you request cancellation before 8:00 AM UAE time on the day before your selected tour. From 8:00 AM on the previous day, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
