COMPLETE ITINERARY

Day by day

Day 1

Arrival in Istanbul

Meet and assist on arrival, followed by transfer to the selected Istanbul hotel and overnight accommodation.

Day 2

Istanbul at leisure

Breakfast and a free day. An optional full-day visit may include Hagia Sophia from outside, Topkapi Palace, lunch in Sultanahmet, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and the Grand Bazaar.

Day 3

Bosphorus, Balat and Istanbul

Breakfast, a boat trip along the Bosphorus between Europe and Asia, the Spice Bazaar and the colourful historic neighbourhood of Balat. The remainder of the day is free or available for optional visits.

Day 4

High-speed train to Ankara

Breakfast and transfer to the station for the high-speed train to Ankara in economy class. On arrival, meet the local team, transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Ankara and Cappadocia

Breakfast, then visit Ataturk’s Mausoleum, Ankara Citadel and the restored Hamamonu quarter. Continue via Salt Lake to Cappadocia for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Cappadocia

Breakfast and a full-day exploration of Cappadocia. Visit the rock-cut churches and monasteries of Goreme, Pigeon Valley and a panoramic viewpoint over Uchisar Castle, with stops at local carpet and handicraft workshops. Optional sunrise balloon flight and folklore evening are available.

Day 7

Pamukkale

Breakfast and an early departure for Pamukkale. Visit ancient Hierapolis and the white travertine terraces and thermal pools known as the Cotton Castle; dinner and overnight in the Pamukkale area.

Day 8

Ephesus and Izmir

Breakfast and a complete visit to Ephesus, including its monumental streets, Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian and theatre. Continue to Izmir for the hotel stay or onward connection.

Day 9

Departure

Breakfast and transfer to the airport or station at the confirmed time. End of services.
