Before you travel
- The final hotel from the planned list will normally be advised approximately one month before arrival and remains subject to availability.
- All arrival prices are based on Dubai International Airport. Transfers from Abu Dhabi or Sharjah airports require a supplement quoted on request.
- The airport representative waits for up to two hours after the scheduled flight arrival. Guests delayed beyond this time must take a taxi to the hotel.
- Triple rooms normally contain one large bed plus a smaller extra bed; three equal beds cannot be guaranteed.
- The order of visits may change to match operating days without reducing the contracted services.
- Rates are per person in US dollars, based on the selected room occupancy and season.
- One complimentary passenger sharing a double room is offered for every 20 paying passengers.
- A 25% high-season supplement applies from 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 and from 21 March to 10 April 2027.
