The shared desert safari has an English-speaking driver, not a Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking tour guide. Booking assistance is available in Spanish and Portuguese.
Free cancellation must be requested before 8:00 AM UAE time on the day before the tour. From 8:00 AM on the previous day, the booking is non-refundable.
Shared safari pickup is between 3:15 and 3:45 PM. Your exact hotel pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp after the booking and payment are confirmed.
Airport pickup is not available for shared tours. Pickup is provided only from eligible hotels.
Routes and activity order may change when traffic, weather or desert operations require it.
